PRAYING IN 2011
Praying in 2011...
here's praying for:
eating more fruits & veggies, preferably from my garden.
Remember this photo from this summer...Yum!! Nothing better than than an Alabama tomato grown in this red dirt!
Stronger Family Ties...
this pic was from Black Friday 2010. I plan to visit sister Sarah in the summer and have more lunch dates with my friends & family.
Taking Time for Friends..Old & New
Here I am with High School friend Pam from West Virginia who is a local TV anchor in Birmingham and ONLY lives less than 2 hrs. from me! I haven't seen her in over 20 yrs. SHAME ON ME!! I'm making a date with each of you... Pam, Debbie, Gina, Linda, Norma, Celina, Pam O, Donna, and my list will grow!

MORE TIME WITH ROGER
ROGER'S BIRTHDAY DINNER 2009
I want the two of us to go camping and I even agree to go fishing with him more often simply because he wants me to come with him. I usually find an excuse but no excuses this year. He's taking me to Quilt-fest in the Smokey Mtns. in March so the least I can do is go fishing a few times
LESS TIME ON THE COMPUTER IN THE EVENINGS DURING OUR TV TIME...SOUNDS LIKE A WEIRD WAY TO "BE TOGETHER" BUT ROGER & I HAVE CERTAIN SHOWS THAT WE ENJOY WATCHING TOGETHER, LAUGHING, FIGURING OUT THE PLOT, TALKING ABOUT IT LATER, ETC...HEY, IT WORKS FOR US!!.
Keeping up with my blogging on a regular basis DURING SCOTT"S NAP TIME PREFERABLY,
This is my favorite blog to follow and the first one I read every morning. I've even been a guest blogger back in November. I've been inspired to quilt more and create more by the very creative ladies who visit on this blog. To each of you, may I send my heartfelt wish for a wonderful New Year 2011!

MAKE DECISIONS ABOUT CHURCH
We are 33 yr. members of our home church but I'm having "issues" with the direction our church is going. We've attended another local Baptist church for over a year however, #1 husband feels we need to go back to home church, get involved once again, pray, and let God handle the rest. I'm going to trust #1's judgment because I know he has put a lot of thought, tears and prayer into this decision. SO...more quiet times for me!!!
