Ghastlie Day 7
(You'll find her on the Ghastlie's Blog)

Make sure to leave a comment if you want win some really nice sewing "stuff"!
I think it's only good manners to become a follower if someone has worked hard to make something for you!
Friday is My GHASTLIE DAY!!

now to other matters ........
Here's what I FEEL like after Today!
Sidekick Scott and I took Mr. Ghastlie to PT (physical therapy)
Bandages were removed...Whoo Hoo!!
10 Staples because Dr. had to shave bone to make the two anchors fit.
PT said incision looked great but it was a Doozy for this type of surgery.
Yep, the Old Guy did it up right!
When asked about his age and trying to break up a fight between two 17 yr. old young men,
Mr. Ghastlie's reply,
"I was a real Bad A_ _ for 1 minute.  The only problem? The fight lasted  1 minute and a half!"
Gotta Love Him!
Would it be possible to shrink myself and climb into this cute little pink bathtub for a Bubble Bath?
Calgon....Take me Away ( You Young Puppies don't remember this commercial)
Now Go...
Read my about my Ghastlie Sistah's Good Deeds

  1. Glad that #1 Husband has not lost his humor. I am just old enough to remember those Calgon commercials. Off to visit the other Ghastlie Sistahs.

  4. I do so remember all that stuff- I smashed my rotor cuff in an accident at work five years ago. So I have great empathy for #1hubby. I had months of PT- so fun!
I don't care for baths, just long showers, but I remember that commercial well! Hang in there!

  5. Glad to hear that everything went well and yes that bathtub looks great. I have to take shower now because I can stand to sit in tub anymore and boy to I miss long bubble bathes. Blessings Sandra

  6. No soap in a Japanese tub but no US commercials on Japanese TV either. I hope the improvement continues and humor helps !
