 ACCESS TO SOMEONE WHO FEELS HE/SHE IS SOMEWHAT OF A WEATHER GURU

(I can hear the snickers of you who live in snow country, trust me, I understand your impatience with us southerners wanting snow and you Northern Folks being rather tired of the white stuff.
Please indulge those of us in the Deep South who don't get to see Snow but once every few years.
